Coach Jess is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. With a passion for holistic well-being, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her coaching approach. As a fitness enthusiast, she tailors exercise programs that are both challenging and enjoyable, ensuring clients stay motivated on their fitness journeys. Jess understands the significance of personalized nutrition, guiding individuals to make informed choices that align with their goals. She has personally experienced the mental and physical toll of weight gain, and has gone through her own weight loss journey after correcting hormonal imbalance. Because of her own experience, her coaching style is characterized by empathy and encouragement, creating a supportive environment for clients to overcome challenges and celebrate successes. Jess’s commitment goes beyond physical health; she emphasizes the interconnectedness of mental and emotional well-being in the pursuit of a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

Each 45 minute virtual session with Coach Jess will include unpacking your goals and discovering tips and tricks to easily obtain them. She will create customized macro goals and fitness routines. You will be provided with digital resources, such as fast food cheat sheets, food swaps, and more. 

ONE-ON-ONE

Your session is ALL about you! We will take a deep dive into your daily habits and lifestyle to uncover ways in which we can make small changes that will make a big difference.
